Neptune Pacific, part of The Wonderful Company, is undergoing exciting transformation—and we’re looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Director to lead the charge.
The Director, Freight Forwarding is responsible for leading strategy, operations, and financial performance, ensuring efficient, profitable, and compliant air, sea, and road freight activities while driving business growth, fostering strong client and partner relationships, and building high-performing teams to maintain service excellence across the supply chain.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability by developing and executing strategic business initiatives and forging key industry partnerships.

• Oversee end-to-end freight forwarding operations across air, sea, and land to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-efficient logistics while optimizing service quality and performance KPIs.

• Manage P&L, budgets, and forecasts to drive profitability through cost control, strategic pricing, and operational efficiency while analysing performance for continuous improvement.

• Lead sales and account management teams to drive revenue growth, build strong client and partner relationships, and secure favourable contracts and service agreements.

• Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers and carriers, secure competitive rates, and align commercial strategy with the Director of Sales and the global Transam International network.

• Lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and long term talent development.

• Ensure compliance with trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies while managing health, safety, environmental standards, and operational and financial risk.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

• Strong knowledge of air, sea, and road freight operations, customs clearance, and supply chain management.
