3) Licensed Electrician

• Be part of our Engineering team and support our island operations, ensuring reliable electrical systems and exceptional guest experiences.

• Carry out installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high/low voltage systems and resort equipment, ensuring full compliance with local safety and environmental regulations.

• Other responsibilities include managing generators, control systems, and practise preventative maintenance programs. Contribute to strategic infrastructure planning.

Key Requirements:

• Licensed and hold a Trade Certification or engineering degree from a recognised university

• Over 5 years of resort or remote island maintenance experience.

• Demonstrate strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, and show commitment to safety, sustainability, and guest satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools are essential.
