Farm Cash Crop Supervisor – Job Ad Overview
Location:
The Estate is on Taveuni, 40 km from Naqara (main shopping area) and Waiyevo (administrative center), on the eastern side of the island. This is a rural farming area.
– Role & Responsibilities:

Oversee current pineapple production and additional cash crops.

Hands-on, field-based job.

Responsible handling of employee relations.
– Requirements:

Proven record of implementing planned targets.

Must meet standards set by General Management and Shareholders.

Remuneration is aligned with the rural context and based on relevant qualifications and experience
