We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager Operations to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day running of our bus services. This role requires strong leadership, excellent planning skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bus operations and ensure all services run on schedule

• Assign buses and drivers efficiently based on routes, requirements, and fleet availability

• Supervise and manage drivers, including attendance, compliance, and performance

• Coordinate and organize charter bookings, special trips, and customer requests

• Monitor fleet readiness, report maintenance needs, and liaise with workshop teams

• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management

• Ensure all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards are followed

• Handle operational issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Proven experience in transport operations or a similar supervisory role

• Strong organisational and leadership abilities

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive decisions

• Knowledge of bus routes and transport operations is an advantage
