Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Reservations and Front Office operations

Hands-on experience with Room Master is essential

Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or a related field is preferred but not essential

Strong customer relations and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
