Inventory Controller

LOCATION: Based in Lautoka

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business, Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a similar role (manufacturing experience preferred).

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems (ERP experience added advantage).

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.

Role:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for all raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.

• Conduct regular stock takes, cycle counts, and reconciliations.

• Record, update, and verify stock movements in the inventory management system.

• Identify stock variances, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of materials in compliance with company procedures.

• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.
