Responsibilities

• Promote initiatives to create social media engagement through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification

• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action(interaction)

• Be able to monitor brand presence on social media and competitor & marketing trends

• Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages is achieved across various departments by compliance to global brand identity guidelines, and social media best practices.

• Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, and increase presence on various other platform

• Research and monitor activities of competitors in the automobile industry

• Create and distribute written or graphical content in the form of social media messages

• Provide immediate feedback of any inquiry generated via the social media site and liaise with relevant personnel for correct information if necessary

• Update and post information on website for Asco Motors and Asco Motors Used Vehicle plus Avis

• Undertake other marketing responsibilities assigned by the Marketing Product Manager.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications or Marketing.

• Preferably with some marketing research experience and should have knowledge on digital marketing audience research and making connections.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.

• Possess excellent verbal skills, have creative writing skills, and be a confident presenter.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Have the ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
