We are seeking a talented, experienced, and self-motivated individual to join our purchasing team. We invite you to apply for the role of:

STOCK & COST CONTROLLER

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels for all hotel-related supplies and merchandise.

• Process stock requisitions from operations teams and ensure timely distribution.

• Maintain accurate records of stock movements in the inventory management system.

• Inputs physical bar stock counts into the computer system and analyse results highlighting the discrepancies for additional counts or reviews. (Bar assessment Report.)

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines, especially for food, beverage, and travel gear.

• Prepare trading accounts and other month end reports.

• Perform stocktake for all the storage locations on month end.

Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role with relevant qualifications.

• Thorough understanding of hospitality operations.

• Exceptional organizational skills and flexibility with working hours.

• Ability to work under strict deadlines.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
