Commercial Marketing Lead – Speciality Division
(Head Office – Nadi)
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a strategically minded and creatively driven Commercial Marketing Lead to join our Speciality Division — home to our Surf, Little India, and Sports categories. This role bridges brand, product, and retail — bringing each category’s unique identity to life through impactful campaigns, storytelling, and in-store experiences.
The Commercial Marketing Lead is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution across these speciality categories, ensuring that each range or season connects authentically with its audience — from the coastal energy of Surf, to the cultural vibrance of Little India, and the performance spirit of Sports.
Working closely with the Head of Category and the Central Marketing team, this role ensures every campaign lands with clarity, consistency, and commercial intent.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and manage seasonal campaign calendars aligned with product and buying timelines for Surf, Little India, and Sports.

Lead the creative briefing process for each category, shaping campaign direction and storytelling.

Translate range and product plans into compelling brand narratives that resonate with diverse customer segments.

Oversee content planning and execution for product launches, category promotions, and key commercial moments.

Collaborate with the Central Marketing team to ensure seamless rollout across social, digital, print, visual merchandising, and in-store activations.

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to continuously improve effectiveness and relevance.

Uphold brand consistency and identity across all touchpoints within the Speciality Division.
Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in retail marketing, brand management, or category marketing.

Proven success in leading creative and commercial campaigns.

Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills with an eye for detail and design.

Experience briefing and managing creative teams or agencies.

Understanding of retail dynamics, seasonal planning, and consumer behaviour across lifestyle and cultural categories.
Ideal Candidate: You’re an adaptable marketer with a passion for diversity in brand storytelling. You thrive on the creative challenge of shifting gears between categories — from the laid-back lifestyle of Surf, to the rich traditions of Little India, to the high-energy appeal of Sports. You know how to turn product stories into campaigns that inspire customers and drive sales, and you’re equally comfortable brainstorming creative concepts or aligning cross-functional teams to make them happen.
