DRIVER / WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT – LAMI

Lawhill Group of Companies is a private owned company established in 1988 and consists of 2 main divisions, Agencies and Beverages. As the business is expanding, and the company is looking for additional team members. Excellent opportunities now exist for a Driver/ Warehouse Assistant.

Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company trucks to deliver goods to clients and job sites on schedule
• Load and unload products with care, ensuring accuracy and preventing damage
• Operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize goods within the warehouse
• Assist with general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and inventory control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and delivery vehicles
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain delivery logs accurately
• Represent the company professionally at all times, maintaining a neat and presentable appearance
• Perform routine checks on vehicles and report any maintenance issues

Key Requirements:

• Valid group 2 & 6 driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience driving light to medium commercial trucks
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one (preferred)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items
• Strong punctuality and reliability
• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
