RECEIVING CLERK

Shop N Save Supermarket is a leading retail business operating supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries across Fiji. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receiving Clerk, based at our Nadi and Lautoka Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and verify all incoming stock deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.

• Ensure proper documentation and approval for any stock discrepancies, shortages, or damages.

• Carry out supplier pick-ups when required, ensuring correct documentation and safe handling of stock.

• Check product labeling, barcodes, and packaging before storage or transfer.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper unloading, staging, and storage of goods.

• Communicate promptly with Procurement and Accounts teams on delivery variances.

• Ensure timely handover of delivery and receiving documents for processing.

• Maintain compliance with company receiving procedures and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Year 13 pass or equivalent, certificate or Diploma in related fields

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated experience in a similar environment, preferably within the retail industry.
