Byron Aviation (FIJI) PTE Limited is seeking experienced individuals to join their new purpose-built manufacturing facility in Nadi. The company specialises in aircraft cabin interior parts, ground support equipment, and maintenance, repair, service and overhaul of aircraft interior components.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance, Repair, Service and Overhaul of aircraft interior components
- Design & Manufacture of OEM equipment and Ground Support Equipment
- Trade Roles: Aluminium Welding (MIG/TIG), Sheetmetal Fabrication, Trade Assistance, and Sewing Machine operation
- Engineering Roles: GSE Engineering, Structural Aircraft Maintenance (Sheetmetal), Avionics (Entertainment systems), and Design Engineering (Aeronautical, Electrical, Mechanical)
- Finance Roles: Accounts Payable/Receivable, Finance & Payroll, and Purchase & Logistics
- Management: Operations Management for the Pacific Islands
- Ensure all work complies with global aviation market standards and safety regulations
Requirements
- Certificate or Degree in above roles is a must
- Strong technical skills and knowledge as per the roles above
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and work instructions
- Ability to work independently and with teams overseas
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health & Safety
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ensure all work complies with relevant standards (ISO 90001), (AS1657:2018) and (IATA)
