Full time position based at the Nausori Branch reporting to the Branch Manager, focusing on the Retail Market Segment, consumer lending, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and promote BRED Bank products in the Retail Market Segment to onboard clients.
- Provide efficient feedback to customers on the progress of their applications.
- Prepare credit application in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and guidelines and submitting to the Credit Department in a timely manner.
- Responsible for assessing and handling customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer/ account information and selling the Bank’s loan and deposit products and services.
- Achieve agreed targets and performance standards.
- Handle complex customer service issues in the absence of or as directed by the Branch Manager.
- Actively develop new connections and grow existing customer relationships.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Consumer Lending role.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Banking/ Commerce or Finance.
- Proven Sales ability with knowledge of Retail/ Consumer product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems.
- Thorough understanding of Banking Operations, product knowledge and sales.
- Committed toward excellent Customer Service and Community Relations.
- Should be a team player with pleasant personality, outstanding presentation and good written and verbal communication.
- Result and quality oriented with strong customer focus.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
