A six-month consultancy to design and implement a strategic communication approach to enhance awareness, visibility, and stakeholder engagement for the GEF-7 SAMBIO Project in line with government and international branding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a SAMBIO Communication and Product Development Workplan;
- Strengthen and optimise communication platforms and content;
- Develop KPIs, content calendars, and engagement strategies;
- Produce communication materials (print, digital, video, infographics) in English, iTaukei and Hindi;
- Ensure compliance with MECC, CI, BLI and GEF branding and reporting standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field;
- Minimum 5–7 years’ relevant experience in strategic communications;
- Proven experience managing digital platforms and developing communication products;
- Knowledge of Fiji context; iTaukei language an advantage.

- Proposal with costs quoted in Fijian Dollars (FJD) and workplan with timelines to undertake this assignment.
