Key Responsibilities
- Create eye-catching, on-trend designs across print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media content, packaging, and marketing assets
- Conceptualise and develop fresh, innovative design ideas that align with current trends and brand direction
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across all visual touchpoints
- Produce and retouch high-quality photographs, images, and videos for promotional use
- Produce and edit engaging video content for marketing campaigns and social media
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to understand objectives and deliver creative solutions that convert
- Stay ahead of design trends, emerging styles, tools, and best practices, and bring these into your your work
Requirements
- Certificate IV in Graphic Arts and Design or equivalent qualification
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a graphic design role
- A strong portfolio that shows creativity, concept development, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Solid understanding of product photography and image retouching
- Basic video production and editing skills
- Knowledge of print production processes and specifications
- Strong understanding of digital formats and social media requirements
- A keen aesthetic eye and strong sense of visual aesthetics
- Excellent understanding of colour, typography, and layout
- Ability to interpret briefs and turn them into compelling visuals
- Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to share ideas
- Open to feedback and comfortable refining concepts
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
