Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
