Golden Ocean Fish Pte Limited / Golden Ocean Seafood Restaurant is seeking a Seafood Chef. The role purpose is to join the kitchen team at the Golden Ocean Seafood Restaurant and prepare and cook a wide variety of seafood dishes, with a focus on European-style cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of seafood dishes, with a focus on European-style cuisine
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
- Handle fresh fish and seafood professionally and hygienically
- Develop new seafood dishes and contribute creative ideas to the menu
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a seafood-focused restaurant
- Strong knowledge of European seafood cooking techniques
- Ability to prepare a wide range of fish and seafood dishes
- Passion for cooking and attention to detail
- Good time management and teamwork skills
- Culinary certification is an advantage
