Requirements
- High level academic qualifications (essential).
- Senior executive leadership experience in large and complex organisations in the private or public sector.
- Proven track record of leading major modernisation and change programs.
- Well-developed people leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Refined political nous to build strong relationships and foster stakeholder engagement.
- Personal attributes of resilience and drive.
