Job Title: Marine Operations Manager
Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for the full oversight of Marine, Coach Operations & vessel based Hospitality Services across SSCG’s marine and tourism portfolio. The role ensures operational efficiency, service excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support & manage marine and hospitality crew operations & rosters.
- Respond to operational emergencies, breakdowns and stakeholder updates.
- Drive SOP compliance and high standards of vessel presentation.
- Oversee all F&B, activities, events & housekeeping for all fast catamarans (ferries).
- Manage coach operations to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in marine or operations management.
- Strong leadership and communication across a large and diverse team base.
- Ability to perform and make informed decisions under pressure is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting.
- Class 4 Master or Engineer COC (or higher) would be desirable.
