The National Quality Manager will champion and implement our company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across all construction, engineering, and design-build projects. You will lead strategic initiatives to improve quality performance, reduce defects, and mentor project-level quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions across operational delivery teams.
- Leadership: Lead a national team of quality personnel, fostering a “value-added” approach to quality rather than just compliance.
- Project Oversight: Support pre-construction and operational teams, auditing project quality plans and providing technical guidance.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control roles within the construction industry, including 2+ years of direct supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of EPC principles, ISO standards, and proficiency with tools like Procore, MS Project etc.
