FARM EXPERT – 10 POSITIONS
Role Purpose
Green Harvest Pte Limited is a newly established agricultural company focused on sustainable farming and modern cultivation practices. We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our core team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily farming operations including planting, irrigation, and harvesting
- Apply modern farming methods such as off season planting, greenhouse systems, and crop rotation
- Train and guide local farm assistants/workers
- Maintain discipline, safety, and quality standards
- Provide timely updates on crop progress and farm needs
- Live full time on the farm and work 6 days a week
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years commercial farming experience
- Strong practical knowledge of modern farming systems
- Ability to train and mentor new local farm assistants
- Strong leadership, discipline, and problem solving skills
- Must hold a valid driving licence
