Director of Finance (Head Office based at Fiji Gateway Hotel)
Role Purpose: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this senior role is responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, cashflow management, compliance, and systems oversight. The Director of Finance will partner closely with executive and operational leaders to deliver clear commercial insights, support decision-making, and drive sustainable financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire financial operations, including reporting, forecasting, cashflow, statutory compliance, and financial systems governance.
- Deliver timely, high-quality financial insights for executive and Board decision-making, ensuring strong balance sheet control.
- Develop policy and operating procedures to minimize risk where necessary and audit readiness.
- Partner with senior and operational leaders as a trusted advisor, while leading, developing, and mentoring a high-performing finance team.
