CASHIER/ RECEPTIONIST – Dominion Finance Pte Limited

Dominion Finance Pte Limited (DFL) invites application for a suitable individual for the following position. The position will be based at our DFL’s Lautoka office and will report to Manager Lautoka.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively coordinate daily office administration affairs, front office duties and customer care.
  • Cash handling and receipting and attend to daily banking
  • Attending of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Attend to customer queries and provide customer service in a timely manner.
  • Performing of other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Diploma level qualification preferably in Business Studies, Accounting & Finance, Office Administration or related field.
  • Be a team player and a highly customer driven attitude.
  • Must be a self-starter and willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Sound Knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
