Key Responsibilities
- Direct vehicles to appropriate parking areas.
- Log vehicle entry and exit times for tracking and reporting.
- Assist customers with parking and directions to service counters.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the parking area.
- Inspect parking spaces for hazards or obstructions.
- Report unauthorized vehicles or parking violations.
- Coordinate with service advisors to align vehicle movement with service schedules.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Provide feedback to supervisors on parking efficiency and customer concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum Form 6 Level Pass
- Extensive Toyota product knowledge
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Valid Group 2 Driver’s license
- Clear verbal communication to guide drivers and relay information to staff.
- Needs to be physically fit
