FIJI MEAT INDUSTRY BOARD (FMIB) is seeking to appoint a Human Resource Executive – Nakasi (VAC 02/26). The Human Resources Executive (HRE’) leads all aspect of the human resources management of FMIB with professionalism and is adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities. The HRE coordinates and supports recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding processes, maintains and updates employee records and documentation, supports performance management and training activities, ensures compliance with employment laws and policies and procedures of FMIB and manages any human resources inquiries. The HRE provides support services as and when required and will be assigned to any ad hoc responsibilities that may arise. The HRE also provides administrative support to the Leadership Team and the Board of FMIB where ever required.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in both Human Resources, executive assistant roles, ability to work within timelines and competing priorities.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and relevant employment laws.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
