Key Responsibilities
- conducting technical support on coral reef survey techniques, implementing research studies to support coral reef (and related ecosystems) conservation in parts of Vanua Levu and Viti Levu.
- providing training to colleagues in methods and ensuring health and safety policies are adhered to in the field.

Requirements
- Background in coral reef research and management
- 2 years + experience planning and executing coral reef (and related ecosystems) field surveys
- Data analysis skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marine biology, Environmental Science, Climate Change or related field
- Experience working on coral reef conservation projects is a plus
- A good command of English and excellent reporting skills, a must
- Can work in remote and traditional communities and ready to adjust accordingly
