Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls
  • Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial performance
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Supervise finance team and ensure efficient workflow
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with FIFA, OFC, and local financial guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
  • Experience working with donor-funded projects or sporting organizations is an advantage
  • High level of integrity, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
