The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Association, ensuring sound financial management, compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls
- Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial performance
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Supervise finance team and ensure efficient workflow
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with FIFA, OFC, and local financial guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
- Experience working with donor-funded projects or sporting organizations is an advantage
- High level of integrity, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
