Key Responsibilities
- Lead Tourism Fiji’s digital strategy and performance across all channels.
- Provide insights and reporting to Executive Management and Board.
- Oversee and optimise Tourism Fiji’s websites and digital platforms.
- Manage relationships with global agencies, and internal, government and industry stakeholders.
- Lead and support a high performing digital team, and manage digital budget.
Requirements
- Applicants must have full legal working rights in Fiji.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital, Tourism or related field is mandatory.
- 5-8 years’ experience in digital marketing or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social, and digital media.
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, financial, and decision-making capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in multi-market or global environments preferred.
