This is a full time position based at our Head Office reporting to the Manager Operations Support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation for Domestic and International GL and ensuring no items are outstanding for more than 3 working days.
  • Ensure weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting compliance requirements are met.
  • Handling of queries effectively within set timeframe.
  • Review of department process and procedures and training of staff.
  • Provide day-to-day support to internal and external Customers.
  • Contribute towards projects, including preparing of business requirements, testing, and conduct of change, training, and participation to roll-outs.
  • Participate in meetings with various departments such as Marketing, IT, Operations, and external parties to identify, prioritize, design and enhance innovative services and functionalities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, local and external regulators.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Banking or Finance Institution with good understanding of banking systems and Clearing system.
  • Previous experience with a Core Banking System .
  • Good knowledge of the Exchange Control Act.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Has good interpersonal skills and ability to identify and resolve/escalate issues.
  • Have pleasant personality, outstanding presentation and good written and verbal communication.
