Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Integration: Embed sustainability principles across all project phases with measurable KPIs and PMO support.
- Strategy & Planning: Align sustainability initiatives with organisational goals, master-planning priorities, and international commitments.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and report sustainability performance accurately and on time.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full regulatory compliance and proactively manage environmental and ESG risks.
- Initiative Implementation: Drive SAF adoption, electrification, waste reduction, energy efficiency, and climate resilience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster a culture of sustainability through training, communication, and active stakeholder collaboration.
- Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality, sustainability-aligned outcomes through rigorous QA processes.
- Certifications & Awards: Achieve recognised certifications (EDGE, LEED) and industry recognition for sustainability excellence.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Aviation Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualification desirable.
- Professional certification such as EDGE, LEED, or equivalent highly desirable.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in sustainability or environmental management within aviation or infrastructure projects.
- Proven delivery of green building standards (EDGE/LEED) and ICAO environmental compliance.
- Strong knowledge of international sustainability frameworks, environmental impact assessment, energy efficiency, and carbon management.
- Experience in sustainability data analysis, reporting, KPIs, and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated capability in risk management, regulatory compliance, and environmental governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams.
