Key Responsibilities
- Perform AML/CTF compliance controls as per the annual control plan.
- Undertake data mining, analytics, data quality reviews.
- Develop dashboards and reports for board committee and management.
- Liaison with the Regulator, Enforcement agencies and Group compliance.
- Follow-up on open audit recommendations.
- Develop presentation resources and carry out awareness trainings.
- Perform policy and procedural reviews.
- Carry out risk & compliance assessments.
- Undertake compliance projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-5 years’ experience preferably in banking operations, information system, finance, accounting, compliance and risk management.
- An appropriate Degree or qualifications that support the requirement of the role will be considered.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- A strong analytical and creative mindset.
- A team player with strong motivational and energetic outlook.
- A willing learner who is able to multi-task.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
- Good commercial acumen with good level of general market or industry knowledge.
- High level proficiency with MS Office products, mainly MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Advanced MS Excel skill is particularly important for the analytical functions.
