Required Competencies:

– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

– Well presented, organised with a good work ethic

– Physically fit and energetic with the ability to work under pressure

– Able to work independently and in a team

For HVAC / Refrigeration Technicians:

– Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration and electrical best practices

– Preventive maintenance and workshop machinery handling

– Refrigeration gas handling licence is desirable

For Appliance Technicians:

– Experience in general household and commercial appliance repairs

– Electric circuit board knowledge and wiring skills is desirable
