JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Customised Farm Management (CFM) wants to talk to people interested in taking on the senior leadership role in managing a large-scale cattle enterprise in Santo, Vanuatu.
We are looking for someone with:
Commercial experience,
A background in working in multiple cultures and in agriculture or a related industry.
Experience managing a diverse workforce
It would be essential to understand the regulatory, operational and cultural environments in which businesses operate in Vanuatu (or the ability to develop it rapidly).
Bislama and English are the languages used in the business and the role would be based in Santo.
