The Naviti Resort is a member of Warwick Hotels & Resorts which has over 50 hotels and resorts in prestigious locations worldwide including Europe, USA, Asia, Africa, Bali, Middle East and the Pacific.
We seek qualified and experienced candidates for the following position;
This is a position of considerable responsibility and reporting directly to the Resort Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, coordinating and controlling the overall operations and functions of the Guest Activities Department in accordance with Warwick Hotel’s code of practice.

Join NowMinimum requirement for a Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management.
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience and full working knowledge of a hotel operation in a 4-5 Star Resort, its service and recreational requirements and the ability to handle guest enquiries promptly and efficiently.
Have a wide knowledge and experience of analytical Administrative and Management skills.
Have completed Basic Training of Trainers and Open Water Boat Masters training.
Have a pleasant and outgoing personality with good command of English both written and spoken.
Have excellent communication and inter-personnel skills
Have knowledge of First Aid/CPR and OHS practices and also emergency procedures.
Be able to direct and supervise the Activities Attendants using the hotel guidelines to provide the highest standards of courteous service while permitting acceptable profit levels.
