Join NowRequired Duties:
Is responsible for managing the warehouse and its team, and overseeing the accurate recording, tracking, and transferring of inventory, both physically and through the computer system.
Responsible for shipping, receiving, and stocking within the business operation.
Manage the warehouse & inventory, ensuring compliance with all warehouse processes and procedures.
Responsible for managing inventory management database, including the receipt, recording, and delivery of all purchased materials.
Ensure all warehousing and inventory control objectives are met, including inventory turn ratios, on-hand accuracy, lowering inventory valuation, and management of obsolete inventory.
Manage and serves as a company liaison with freight companies and carriers.
Utilize system reports to support optimum stock level.
Overseeing of product procurement in multiple sites within Fiji
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar.
Excellent math and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of inventory management software
Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
An excellent remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with his/her knowledge, skills, and experience.
