JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
NAI’A Cruises Fiji Limited is looking for an Operations Manager to join our NAI’A team and work in our Lautoka Office. This is a full-time position and the person must have the following qualification and skills:
· Proven 5 years minimum working experience
· Solid knowledge of Marine operations
· Basic understanding of machinery, electrical, hydraulic and compressor systems

This position is comprehensive and needs an individual who is organized, well prepared, and able to handle the pressures of this type of job. The actual position comes available at the end of the year but we need the time necessary to train someone.
