Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants is seeking an intelligent, dynamic and motivated Oriver/Admin Clerk for our Administration Department in Suva,
This person will perform ongoing general administrative procedures such as:
delivering and collecting correspondence to/from our clients
lodging documents at FRCS, FNPF, Registrar of Companies, etc
banking
collecting cheques from clients
monthly payments to our creditors
sending and receiving postal mail
stocktake and purchasing of office supplies
carrying out basic daily maintenance checks of the company vehicles and to highlight when repairs, servicing and registration renewals are required,
The successful applicant must have at least Year 12 pass, a valid driver’s licence, no criminal record, able to demonstrate a good level of communication, be resourceful and reliable and 3 years work experience in this field.
