JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
We are looking for candidates for QS/CA to join our Team in Nadi. The successful candidate will:
Preparing contract documents, including bill of materials and quantities
Verifying technical aspects of quotes received from vendors
Negotiate contracts and work schedules
Perform risk, value management and cost control
Track changes to the design and/or construction and adjust budget projections accordingly
Check variation work and handle contractual claims and disputes
Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveyor or related field
Minimum 2- 3 years’ experience in similar role
Good Knowledge of construction methods and materials
Clear understanding of Building Regulations and Legal Guidelines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
