About You:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Previous experience in a similar role, such as Office Administration, Office Management, Bookkeeping or Accounting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and independently.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage supplier contracts and purchases.
Help with cost comparisons and tracking project expenses.
Track project expenses and ensure accurate reporting.
Support invoice processing and approvals.
Assist with financial reporting, client communication, and logistics coordination.
General administrative tasks.
