ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER(SPANISH SPEAKING) – Pepper Advantage Hub

JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is seeking a competent and well-organized Accounts Payable officer who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our accounts payable system and ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
Ensure that all invoices are properly approved and coded.
Review vendor statements and reconcile any discrepancies.
Prepare payment runs and process payments via various payment methods.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate with Spanish-speaking vendors and colleagues to ensure efficient and effective communication.
Work flexible hours to accommodate Spanish time zones.
Provide support to the finance team as required.

Skills and experience required:

Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
Proven experience in accounts payable role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of accounting software
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
