Your Role: Customer Service Agent

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling a range of customer support-related tasks, ensuring excellence in data capture, online ticket order processing, and communication with Donors and Supporters. The ideal candidate possesses strong listening skills, clear written and verbal communication abilities, and an innate sense of responsibility. This role requires both team collaboration and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, even in a remote setting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:
Ensure accurate and timely data entry/capture with a focus on quality output.
Maintain minimal error rates and uphold data integrity standards.

Ticket Order Processing:
Manage online ticket orders, including processing and refunds, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Communication with Donors and Supporters:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls related to Donors and Supporters, ensuring their queries or concerns are addressed promptly.
Engage customers effectively over the phone, ensuring their needs are met.
Email & Ticketing System Management:
Address customer queries via email and ticketing systems, ensuring swift resolution.
Follow company and team communication procedures, guidelines, and policies diligently.
Time Management & Independence:
Exhibit strong time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed within stipulated timelines.
Work effectively both as a team player and independently, demonstrating the ability to adapt to remote working environments.

Desired Experience:

Proven work experience as a customer service agent.
Good PC and keyboard skills.
An understanding of accounting fundamentals will be helpful.
