Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, allocate and coordinate project resources including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with agriculture/ Food manufacturing projects and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success while having excellent budget allocation skills in adherence to budget constraints while ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on agriculture-related regulations and ensure that projects comply with all relevant laws. Must Prepare and present project updates and reports to internal and external.
• Climate Change Projects: Assist in the implementation of climate change projects, including setting clear objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Research and Analysis: Stay updated on the latest climate science and policy developments, conducting research to inform project strategies and decision-making.

 

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Relevant qualification in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in agriculture/Food Manufacturing project management or
in a similar field/role.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
