MARKETING EXECUTIVE – Digicel Fiji (Pte) Limited

JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
We are currently seeking to hire a highly motivated individual in the role of Marketing Executive to join our Fiji Marketing Team.

This role will be based at the Nabua office, reporting to the Head of Marketing. As the Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and delivering innovative and effective marketing campaigns and activities that drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion for Digicel Fiji.

Core Responsibilities:

Developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, including digital, social media, ATL, and BTL.
Assisting with the production of artwork, social media content, press releases, and television and radio commercials.
Coordinating campaign launches within the set timeframe.
Coordinating PR activities with the team.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns.
Managing production of marketing materials, such as collateral, exhibitions, and merchandise.
Assisting with the development and implementation of the marketing communications plan.
Coordinate events and build-ups.
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
Managing marketing purchases and expenses including obtaining quotations, raising and receipting purchase orders, reconciling petty cash requests and shipment clearance.
Managing media contracts.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices.

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:

A certificate or diploma in business administration or similar or
2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Hands on knowledge with campaign launches.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, result oriented with an “optimistic approach”.
Ability to work well under pressure, within guidelines in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
Possessing a valid group 2 driver’s license would be an advantage.
Project management skills.
