JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing engaging and responsive standard and E-commerce websites.
• Managing all current company websites and CMS platforms.
• Optimising sites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Employing industry and design best practice through website build process.
• Conducting website testing and ensuring website function and stability across devices i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs. banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Managing file transfers on hosting CPanel, correct registration of domain and DNS management.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Adhering to style and brand standards on typography and design.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Web Design & Development
• A Minimum of 2 years web design experience for digital products and services.
• A portfolio of professional web design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and web authoring tools: WordPress, Shopify, Figma, HTML. Javascript. CSS . iOS. Android, Design Systems, and preferably Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with hosting CPanel & DNS management
• Familier with Payment Gateway setup
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Experience working on Apple iMac device would be an advantage.
