Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and meticulous Reservation Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential in efficiently handling bookings, offering outstanding customer service to our guests. Under the supervision of the reservation manager, your responsibilities will include managing phone and email inquiries, and accurately processing reservations. As a friendly and professional ambassador for our client’s resort brands, your role significantly contributes to creating positive guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities: As a Reservation Agent at Our Pacific Office, your responsibilities will include:
Accepting lodging reservations through phone calls, email, and online platforms
Handling payment transactions and inputting reservations into the computer system
Addressing inquiries about reservations, handling cancellations, and making changes to bookings
Providing assistance to groups, corporate entities, and travel agents with their bookings and inquiries
Generating quotes tailored to clients’ requirements
Assisting with reception duties and addressing guest inquiries
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience as a Reservations Agent or in a similar role within the Hospitality or Tourism industry is desirable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.
Capability to prioritize tasks and accomplish workloads within specified timeframes
