Attend to walk-in customers queries & through phone calls.
Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
Take orders and follow through with company procedures to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Provides assistance/feedback on customer complaints
Requirements:
Proven work experience in a customer service position
Ability to provide consistent high-level customer service
Team player – cooperates with employees & superiors
Extensive experience using MS Office software
Excellent communication skills
Great attention to detail
Have a good personality & warm attitude
