About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Coordinator and Analyst to join our leadership team.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Suva.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Communicating client requests.
Action Work Orders.
Scheduling technicians and coordinating responses.
Resolving client enquiries.
Customer portal management.
Invoicing and receivables.
Procurement of materials from local and international suppliers.
Liaising with control room and generating reports.
Periodic management reports.
Tender preparation.

Selection Criteria:

Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Experience using online platforms preferred but not essential.
Security industry product knowledge including CCTV, Access Control and Alarm systems is preferred but not essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Good organisational skills.
Demonstrate a high level of professional etiquette.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
A proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment demonstrating flexibility and professionalism.
Police Clearance will be required for the successful candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Suva

Salary: Band 2-3.

Reports to: Manager South Pacific Islands
