CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR – Get Picked Up

Get Picked Up is looking for Customer Service staff members to join our new team in Namaka, Nadi.

We are an Australian based personal transport company offering taxi/ rideshare services to and from Airports, business meetings and appointments.

We work with some of Australias largest travel agents and businesses.

Our staff members will be responsible for answering inbound calls and email enquiries and providing quotes, making amendments to bookings and answering enquiries.

What we are looking for in our applicants;

Customer Service Experience
Excellent English Skills
A friendly phone manner.
Experience in dealing with foreigners with regards to reservations
Hotel / Travel Agency experience is an advantage
Geographical knowledge of Australia is an advantage
