Newman Pte Limited is the largest electronic payments processor of prepaid mobile airtime top up services around the country. Newman focuses on the recharge market for processing electronic purchases of prepaid mobile airtime and transaction processing for other prepayment services.

An exciting and challenging opportunity now exists for a well-qualified and experienced individual to join Newman Pte Limited as a Sales Representative to be based in the West, Tavua and Rakiraki.

Key Responsibilities:

Successful incumbent will be responsible to support the business and promote the continual growth of recharge distribution and to ensure achievement of targeted levels of revenues and maximize market share within stipulated time and budgeted cost.

Sign up and onboard new recharge merchants.
Manage and build strong business relationships with assigned customers.
Provide ongoing training, support and coaching to EPAY agents for eTransport and HFC Elavo.
Accurate and daily stock reconciliation, deposits with complete documentation.
Work closely with Sales Manager in ensuring the daily/quarterly and annual sales targets are met and reports are submitted.
Cross functional teamwork with Operations and Finance Dept,
Maintain close work relations with other staff and customers alike.

Key requirements:

Diploma in Sales and Marketing, business or related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or product distribution.
Track record of successfully following agreed schedules.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Be a self-starter, team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
Driving license with clean driving record.
Be business and technology savvy.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Flexible to work on variable working hours.
