CALL CENTER AGENT – Carpenters Motors

Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from interested candidates for the role of Call Centre Agent to be based at Carpenters Motors- Light Mechanical Repairs Workshop in Walubay, Suva. Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide information and assistance regarding automotive products, services and inquiries.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and requests, striving to find effective solutions.
Update and maintain customer records.
Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Follow company guidelines and procedures for addressing customer inquiries.
Uphold a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about automotive industry trends.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer emails and chat inquiries.
Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements:

Form 7 pass.
Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
A passion for the automotive industry and a basic understanding of automotive products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.
